I have reproduced the issue and I confirm this should be fixed. Could you
please confirm that
missing libjitterentropy3-dev is not the only issue and zlib1g-dev and
libzstd-dev are required as well? The other 2 are usually available on the
system. You could try removing of those and try building again.
