Enabled MUTTER_DEBUG=kms,render,backend in /etc/environment on my end (found the valid topic names in src/core/util.c / meta_debug_keys for 46.2 — full list is: focus, workarea, stack, sm, events, window-state, window-ops, geometry, placement, ping, keybindings, sync, startup, prefs, groups, resizing, shapes, edge-resistance, dbus, input, wayland, kms, screen-cast, remote-desktop, backend, render, color, input-events, eis). Will let it run for a few days across dock/resume cycles and report back with a fresh journalctl -b0 once it reproduces — hopefully this catches something during the stall itself instead of just around it.
