20 years later and this is STILL a problem.  Currentlyh any desktop
notification popup prevents GNOME from locking / blanking the screen,
even on 26.04 wtih GNOME and Wayland.

Note, adding Resolute and Stonking to this, because this bug was chosen
as the primary for all those others gathering all GNOME locking issues
into one bug.
