This bug was fixed in the package livecd-rootfs - 26.10.4

---------------
livecd-rootfs (26.10.4) stonking; urgency=medium

  * Work around a rust-coreutils `mv` bug that fails with EEXIST when
trying to overwrite a symlink across filesystems. `rm -f` `resolv.conf`
and `nsswitch.conf` before `mv`-ing the originals back (fixed upstream in
    uutils/coreutils#10010)
    LP: #2159679
