following?

- From a boot where the problem occurred, open a terminal and copy and
paste the command below. It will save the complete kernel log as
dmesg.txt in your home folder. After the command finishes, attach that
file to this bug:

    sudo dmesg > ~/dmesg.txt

- While running an affected Ubuntu kernel, open a terminal and copy and
paste the command below. It will add the diagnostic information directly
to this report:

    apport-collect 2161148

This issue looks to be much alike

mind looking at comment #4 and #10 and possibly doing a few more checks?
You'll need to revert any boot line params you have added and update
grub to I can have a clear picture whether you are hitting exactly the
same issue. Thanks!
