Thank you for reporting this issue. Both Ubuntu 23.04 (Lunar) and 23.10 (Mantic) reached end-of-life in January and July 2024 respectively, and receive no further updates.
Not sure, but commits 082680d8a and 3e4546460 look related. Merged in December 2023 and is available in PipeWire 1.2.0 and later. However, it was not backported to the 1.0.x series that Noble currently ships. If you still have this hardware and can check if issue reproduces on Noble, that would be useful.
