Hey there emi! The problem you are facing is a bug essentially where Ubuntu incorrectly thinks that you are using TPM FDE on Ubuntu, and as such it is not the BitLocker recovery key that is requested.
This should be fixed by the -proposed fwupd package (https://ubuntu.com/project/docs/SRU/reference/enable-proposed/) of your Ubuntu version. You can help out by verifying the fix yourself, but it should also get released once it is verified on Questing.
