I have a few small comments. In dep-3 header For Origin, the URL alone is valid, but it would be better to add the origin type before the URL. Since this patch was cherry-picked from upstream, I think 'upstream' would be appropriate. If we consider it a backport from a newer upstream version, 'backport' would also be fine. For Bug-Ubuntu, this may be a nit, but it would be better to place it right after Bug-Debian. For Last-Update, the placeholder part is not needed.
