New finding regarding the issue:
The audio loss and video freeze happen dynamically when OBS Studio is launched
after the game is already running with the obs-pipewire-audio-capture plugin
active.
If OBS with the plugin is started: System audio cuts out immediately, and video
freezes.
If OBS is closed: Audio and video instantly recover and work normally.
If the plugin is disabled inside OBS: The issue does not occur at all.

This confirms a dynamic graph/stream lockup where creating new virtual
streams on top of an already running game and a Teams call causes a
buffer stall. Closing the streams immediately resolves the deadlock.
