* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2155193). Remaining changes:
- Always build with valgrind LP #2137905.
* Drop changes, included in Debian:
- autopkgtest: copy debian/changelog for ELF package metadata. This
was previously carried in Ubuntu for LP #2134532.
* d/p/fix-fulltest-python-3.14-multiprocessing.patch: Guard the
generated ntruprime-fulltest entry point for Python 3.14
multiprocessing/forkserver.
