This package has delta, and needs to be merged to pick up the change when it's 
solved on the Debian side.
The merge for the package in the cycle can be tracked in Bug 2154104. If Debian 
has resolved it by then, we will pick it up that way.
If you need it earlier, or the merge has already been done for the cycle and we 
need a new one, feel free to:
- request a new merge if Debian has the fix, or
- provide a PR for sponsoring if you need that, or
- tell us if you need/expect us to resolve this.

Given the upstream awareness, I would say we can pick the patch up directly if 
Debian is slower.
I am assigning Hector here, as he is driving the current strongswan merge and 
can decide.
