Because the test plan requires OpenStack with OVS, validating this fix on Questing is challenging due to the testing limitations around the required networking setup.
In addition,while we can deploy Calico with OpenStack Noble/Caracal, the Calico packages are not supported on Questing. The fix has been successfully tested on Noble/Caracal and Noble/Flamingo UCA. Given that Questing is reaching end-of-life in the coming weeks [1], the Questing task will be marked as "Won't Fix".
