Fix proposed https://code.launchpad.net/~seb128/software-
properties/+git/software-properties/+merge/506406 , turns out that when
doing the GTK4 port the .ui got 'translatable="1"' which intltool
doesn't seem to understand, replacing by ="yes" bring those strings back
to the catalog
