* gtk: Remove gtk-2.0 theme.
There are basically no gtk 2.0 apps out there anymore and debian wants
to remove it from the archive, so let's drop any support for it from
yaru too.
* debian/control: Remove gtk2-engines dependencies (LP: #1787629)
* icons/generate-index-theme: Do not Inherit from Humanity.
The theme is deprecated and we don't want to rely on it
* debian/control: Do not Suggests humanity icon theme
