Public bug reported:
The default launcher in Lubuntu 26.04 LTS for software-properties-qt
shows the execution command '-E software-properties-qt' instead of
simply 'software-properties-qt', hence it doesn't work.
After correcting the entry in the file 'usr/share/applications/software-
properties-lxqt.desktop' from 'Exec=lxqt-sudo -E software-properties-qt'
to 'Exec=lxqt-sudo software-properties-qt' all works properly.
