autopkgtest fails because of incorrect package dependencies in
debian/tests/control.

[ Fix ]

Limit package dependencies to main/universe firmware packages. Remove
dependencies on packages that were dropped in Resolute and on packages
from multiverse.

[ Test Case ]

autopkgtest passes.

[ Where Problems Could Occur ]

Change is in the source package only and no visible to the end user of
the binary package. Problems will show up on package
installation/upgrade.
