Please sync crash 9.0.2+~16.3-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * d/p/0004-handle-crash-failure-due-to-struct-kmem_cache-changes.patch:
    - Fix for crash starting with crash dump from kernel 7.0 (LP: #2147121)
  * d/p/0005-reapply-vmcoreinfo_read_from_memory.patch:
    - Fix for parsing a memory-only dump of a running KVM guest using
      virsh dump (LP: #2141507)

The above Ubuntu patches are from upstream crash and are present in the
latest release 9.0.2:

kmem_cache changes
d34554f3437b Reapply "vmcoreinfo: read vmcoreinfo using 'vmcoreinfo_data' when 
unavailable in elf note"
