The Ubuntu Desktop terminal theme is defined in this patch:

It features up-to-date colors with better contrast and a light theme as
well.
The Windows Terminal profiles for Ubuntu on WSL must match that branding as
close as possible.
Patches were submitted upstream, we need to make them available at least to the
LTSes we expect to build new images as part of their regular lifecycle (Noble
and Resolute).
