Binary package hint: otrs2
In Ubuntu 7.10, after successfully installing otrs2 package from
repositories, pointing the browser to localhost/otrs/index.pl produces
an error saying that bdb -pg perl package is missing. After manually
installing the package libdbd-pg-perl everything works.
