AMD developer confirmed that commit e9f58ff991dd4 (amdgpu_tlb_fence_work fix) resolves this issue but will NOT be automatically backported to 6.17.y as it is EOL. Canonical will need to manually pull this fix into the linux-oem-24.04d kernel track.
