I'm sorry, this statement does not belong in an Ubuntu SRU. There is always something to test. At the very least, you test that no regressions were introduced, or that you are testing the "Where problems could occur" scenarios (see next point). What's the impact of removing the code you mention? Will that reopen an already-closed bug? Was it dead code?
