Public bug reported:

Lintian gives the following
```
W: cuda-sanitizer-13-1: embedded-javascript-library please use sphinx
[usr/local/cuda-13.1/compute-sanitizer/docs/_static/doctools.js]
W: cuda-sanitizer-13-1: embedded-javascript-library please use sphinx
[usr/local/cuda-13.1/compute-sanitizer/docs/_static/language_data.js]
W: cuda-sanitizer-13-1: embedded-javascript-library please use sphinx
[usr/local/cuda-13.1/compute-sanitizer/docs/_static/searchtools.js]
```

As far as I can tell this should be addressable within our packaging and
not theirs. `dh_sphinxdoc` replaces/symlinks the shipped javascript
library with system versions.

** Affects: cuda-sanitizer-api-13-1 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
