Probably this bug is the same https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source /linux-source-2.6.22/+bug/109887 but as the initial reporter said it has ocurred to him only at shutdown, so the people with the same trouble at random times should go to Bug #109887 and report there their problem. Also note that it seems to be a workaround reported there too.
