@Renan, ah, nice one, and no php-oauth didn't ended up in the same
situation, it's listed on the NBS report, see https://ubuntu-archive-
team.ubuntu.com/nbs.html

Now it still doesn't list it as removal candidate because it thinks php-
oauth still Depends on php8.4-oauth which I think is because

php-oauth:
  Installed: (none)
  Candidate: 2.0.10-0ubuntu1
  Version table:
     2.0.10-0ubuntu1 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu resolute/universe amd64 Packages
     2.0.9-1 500
        500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu resolute/universe amd64 Packages

or

$ rmadison -s resolute php-oauth
 php-oauth | 2.0.9-1         | resolute/universe | all
 php-oauth | 2.0.10-0ubuntu1 | resolute/universe | source, all

Which is getting me confused, I though a pocket of the archive would always
only have one version of a binary published...
