We've received another report linking to https://imgur.com/a/Vcsqoqk so
that's probably enough information.
GNOME isn't drawing the blue title bar, Spotify is via Electron/Chromium
presumably which is why it's the old Chrome style. But since the problem
is reported to only occur under GNOME then it sounds like there's a
negotiation bug. Although that could be Spotify's fault too.
