* Merge with Debian unstable (LP: #2142331). Remaining changes:
- d/rules: disable update-check in favor of apt (Closes: #593962)
- d/p/10use-panel-icon.patch: enable specific panel icon from theme
if available
- d/p/11user-theme-icon-for-win.patch: use theme icon if available
in the theme
sylpheed (3.8.0~beta1-3) unstable; urgency=high
* Build with -std=gnu17 to workaround FTBFS with GCC 15
(Closes: #1097961)
* Migrate watch file to version 5
* Update years range
* Update Standards-Version to 4.7.2 with no other changes
* Raise urgency because or RC bug
