The archive (resolute-proposed) is not in an easy situation right now,
with complex and entangled transitions happening. While I appreciate you
did a test rebuild in a PPA, it would not be wise to proceed with a
bigger transition like this.

I understand that golang 1.26 is desirable, but we are late in the
Resolute cycle, and this change was not planned:
https://discourse.ubuntu.com/t/resolute-raccoon-release-schedule/47198
only mentions golang 1.25 under "potentially disruptive archive-wide
activities".

I don't want to fully reject switching to 1.26 in resolute, but the
feasibility of that depends on how soon the ocaml and python3-defaults
transitions will complete.
