Public bug reported:
The telnetlib module was removed in Python 3.13 and Quisk in Ubuntu
26.04 now crashes on startup with:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'telnetlib'
This needs to be fixed by adding the required python3-zombie-telnetlib
dependency.
