Thanks for the bug report. I think we would like to see a full system
log of the problem to try and identify what's happening at restore time.
Next time the problem happens, please:
1. Wait 10 seconds.
2. Reboot or shut down and power on again.
3. Run: journalctl -b-1 > prevboot.txt
4. Attach the resulting text file here.
But with that all said, I notice you're using an Nvidia driver and that
was known to cause failure to resume from sleep until recently. You will
need Ubuntu 24.04 and Nvidia driver version at least 570 (from Ubuntu,
not from Nvidia's website) to fix that. There is more information in bug
1876632.
