I don't know what to do about "Copyright: None". I searched a bit and the instances I found of "None" were tied to a public domain work, which this is not. I also checked the llvm-toolchain-21 source pacakge, and 1) these files are there with the same header as here; and 2) that d/copyright has no extra entry for them. Considering the above, and the fact that these are two isolated files in a directory covered by a parent license, I think it's best to remove this entry, contrary to my original suggestion.
