From my point of view, in utils.py there still def: inhibit doesn't exist.
Because DistUpgradeController.py wants to load it:
from .utils import (url_downloadable,
check_and_fix_xbit,
iptables_active,
inside_chroot,
get_string_with_no_auth_from_source_entry,
is_child_of_process_name,
--> inhibit_sleep)
But that is only my naive idea.
