Actually this patch is already reverted in the upcoming version
(6.14.0-34.34) which is in proposed pocket. Can you try that and let us
know if that fixes the issue?

To try it:

# Enable proposed pocket
sudo apt-add-repository --ppa canonical-kernel-team/ubuntu/proposed

sudo apt update
sudo apt upgrade


You can remove the repository afterwards so that you don't
unintentionally install something from proposed:

sudo apt-add-repository --remove --ppa canonical-kernel-
team/ubuntu/proposed
