I figure you may as well close this bug. The symptoms persist and 2.0.0.11 was a major downgrade in stability for me. Several times a day I now have to run `killall firefox-bin` and then start it up again. However I doubt Ubuntu developers are going to spend any time on this, and Firefox developers won't care pointing at the imminent 3.0 release instead.
