32 bit hosts (this is an armhf system which is 32 bit) are strongly deprecated.

"Keeping 32-bit host support alive is a substantial burden for the QEMU
project. Thus QEMU will in future drop the support for all 32-bit host
systems."

And many more got dropped.
Many of them already reaching full removal

With that in mind, this is effort in vain, it is likely because of an active 
intent to drop this support.
At the same time a very rare combination
And also at the same time working on all other hosts.

I'll hint the testcase instead of dumping more time into this ...
