A new release of argus-client is available to merge from Debian Unstable.
Dropping d/p/mysql8_my_bool.patch since questing is having mysql-8.4 and not
mysql-8.0.
Adding `-std=gnu17` in d/rules since it failed to build on questing directly
due to gcc-15's strict type-checking
