earlier)
I cannot reproduce this on any noble machine. Looking at the logs, the
usual suspect there is a proxy... But even without proper access it
should fail diferently IIRC and it does not explain how status was fixed
after a tentative `enable esm-apps`.
Do you happen to have a reproducer? Thanks
