Public bug reported:
Ubuntu(0.1.4-5ubuntu3) is currently carrying changes in
`debian/libgmenuharness0.1.symbols` file, which is removed by debian in
`0.1.4-6` with this changelog

In this case, where the file itself doesn't exist, we can't carry the
diff to that file. We should sync gmenuharness rather than merge with
the latest Debian version (0.1.4-7)
