Would it be possible for you to test a comparable mainline kernel? Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Please test the v6.14.11 kernel[0] and the 6.15.6 kernel[1] and let me know if the problem happens with those kernels too.
