https://kernel.ubuntu.com/ says 2025.06.16 releases the week of 14th July... this week. I can't see any obvious reasons for the delay, so please be patient for now. If you need it right now, the Ubuntu Service Description does say that packages in -proposed are fully supported... Hopefully we see a release in the next few days.
