Public bug reported:

After upgrading from 24.10 to 25.05, I get an unknown system error when running
apt dist-upgrade.
The upgrades execute successfully, but the error dialogue box jumps to the
centre of the screen.
It mentions that the 3.0 solver has a worse solution that the classic solver.
