Can you try the new linux-hwe-6.8 [1] from jammy-proposed [2]? Is the bug still reproducible in 6.14? Which was the last working kernel version? Which was the first non-working kernel version? Can you please attach the whole content of "journalctl -b -1" with both a working kernel and a faulty one after a suspend/resume (or suspend/hang) cycle?
