[Impact]
CONFIG_SERIAL_SH_SCI_NR_UARTS is 2 at the moment, if the kernel boots on the
device like renesas g3s, the serial port is malfunction because there are 6
serial ports on it.
[Fix]
enlarge the number in the kernel config. default is "18" if ARCH_RENESAS
enabled.
[Test Case]
1. compile test
2. boot into renesas g3s
3. check the serial ports function
[Where problems could occur]
No regression. the memory costs for one serial port is around 500 bytes.
