node-webfont is a universe package, so instead of adding a delta to
node-webfont, we can avoid the maintenance burden and add it to lto-
disabled-list instead.

I'm resetting the status of this bug to 'In Progress'. It should only
be marked 'Fix Committed' when it has been uploaded, and it should
automatically change to 'Fix Released' once it has migrated (provided it
is properly closed in the changelog).
