** Description changed:

I have to report this bug - knowing that it was already reported because
I am not sure (there is not a way to be sure that my collected data
about this bug will be added to an earlier report ... ) that my traces
will come here on other way.

so my fundamental question is not about 'this' particular bug - but
about its expansion in space and time - someone must kill this
'overwrite problem' forever somewhere on the main code - not just
patches for particularly packages - I mean there must be a way / a
- decision to which can properly fix this problem. Else I fee the progress
+ decision which can properly fix this problem. Else I fee the progress
will be slow, very slow, this bug is here from ancient times.

Too much "deja vu" - so I'm asking you to send this message to
decisional power (regarding Ubuntu development) and to sustain this
  point on benefit of all.

  Thank you.
