Currently there is no method available to change the background color between the login window and desktop. The only way to do so is to modify etc/gdm/PreSession/Default and modify the following line: # Default value if [ "x$BACKCOLOR" = "x" ]; then BACKCOLOR="#dab082" fi Currently there is no utility available to modify this.
