ssh-import-id originates from Ubuntu (https://launchpad.net/ssh-import-
id), and we are currently ahead of Debian, so no merge needed for this.

### Debian ###
ssh-import-id | 5.10-1                | bookworm
ssh-import-id | 5.10-1                | trixie
ssh-import-id | 5.10-1                | sid

### Ubuntu ###
ssh-import-id | 5.10-0ubuntu1         | focal
ssh-import-id | 5.11-0ubuntu1         | jammy
ssh-import-id | 5.11-0ubuntu2         | noble
ssh-import-id | 5.11-0ubuntu2         | oracular
ssh-import-id | 5.11-0ubuntu2.24.04.1 | noble-updates
ssh-import-id | 5.11-0ubuntu2.24.10.1 | oracular-updates
ssh-import-id | 5.11-0ubuntu3         | plucky
ssh-import-id | 5.11-0ubuntu3         | questing

Note that Debian has some packaging changes such as lintian fixes;
nothing that looks like it should demand our attention. There is
already a bug (https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=983044)
recommending Debian upgrade to our 5.11. We can probably wait until
they adopt that version for us to synchronize their packaging cleanups.
