Reviewing the build and test logs at https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed- migration/noble/update_excuses.html#rdma-core and https://people.canonical.com/~ubuntu-archive/proposed- migration/oracular/update_excuses.html#rdma-core , all the build and test failures appear to have been attributable to the test bed. I will ask someone with permission to re-trigger the builds and tests.
