[ Impact ]

 * Laptop's cs42l43 speakers have too high maximum volume settings,
resulting in poor quality, crackling and clipping audio starting as soon
as at 30% volume and getting worse with higher volumes.


[ Test Plan ]

 * On Dell Intel LNL Laptop with cs42l43 codec

 * Boot into Ubuntu OS and open g-c-c sound panel

 * Adjust the output volume to higher than 80%

 * Test speakers and the output sound should be clear

[ Where problems could occur ]

 * Hardware volume control in cs42l43 is limited to 0dB when the volume
goes up to +31.5dB.
