Description of the problem
Checking out a private subversion repo reliably triggers receive errors in the
r8169 driver when using an onboard Realtek NIC.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Do an svn checkout of a large private repo over HTTPS.
Expected result:
No errors to be triggered in the r8169 driver during the hour the svn checkout
takes to complete.
Actual result:
Messages like the following can be reliably triggered at some point while the
svn checkout is running:

A different (and much newer) PCIe Realtek 2.5G network card in the same
machine never triggers these errors despite using the same driver.
This problem might be related to #2106491 but that issue has only
happened once in several weeks unlike this issue.
