Impact
======
The purpose of osinfo-db is to provide a database of guest operating systems
for use by virtualization provisioning tools using the libosinfo library. The
two primary users are the GNOME Boxes and Virt Manager apps.
This update updates the URLs for Ubuntu 25.04 from their daily image
builds to the expected release URLs.
I am also cherry-picking patches from the upstream main branch that
added riscv64 images for Debian and Ubuntu and the Ubuntu Desktop arm64
ISO.
